We want you to feel confident shopping with EverShine. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll work to make it right.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used whitening products cannot be returned. Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method after the return has been reviewed. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
